By God's grace, Luke Elijah Granger passed into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, September 6th, 2017, at the age of 17.  Luke was a clever young man with incredible talent and influence.  He was a musician, a magician, and a master of a wide variety of games and puzzles.  He loved people, and his easy smile and intuitive mind allowed him to connect naturally with people of all ages.  Luke loved kids, and dreamed of someday being a father himself, and also training to become a Young Life leader and a music teacher so he could pour his life into young people.

Luke's most significant relationship was his relationship with Jesus.  His uncanny faith and eternal perspective sustained him during a grueling two year battle with a very aggressive cancer.  Through this suffering, Luke trusted God in a way that inspired others to do the same.  To find out more about Luke's story, please go to prayingforluke.weebly.com.

Luke is already terribly missed by his parents, James and Laura Granger, and his brothers, Jay and Sam.  In addition, his death is being mourned by his Aunt Mary and Uncle Xavi, his Uncle David and Aunt Meredith (Wade and Jackson), and his grandparents Jim, Mary, Norman, and Christal.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bob and Bobbie, and his Uncle Scott.
