Don was a very special man that will be missed by many. I am thankful to have known him and may God bless the McClendon family and friends during this difficult time.

I am the activity coordinator at Heartis senior care where Don enjoyed his days of life! And I do mean life he was always at our exercise class played a mean game of scrabble, went to a Luau with his straw hat, surfed! Wanted to go to Burleson to see the box cars on display, helped me pick sun flowers for a big arrangement pointed to each one to pick, and started a painting of his cabin in Mexico. He gave us all a big dose of inspiration to never give up hope and never stop living when life gives you lemons you make the best lemonade ever! And he loved his food! We will miss your smile! Love your Heartis Family
