Fannie Rodriguez Obituary

Fannie G. Rodriguez Prayer services for Fannie G. Rodriguez, 56, of Lubbock will be this evening at 7 p.m. in Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joe Anthony Carrasco officiating. Cremation will follow under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home and Chapel. Mrs. Rodriguez passed away Aug. 23, 2011, in Lubbock. She was born Nov. 5, 1954, in Kingsville, Texas, to the late Miguel and Francisca Garza. She was a lifelong resident of Lubbock and worked for Ramar Communications and UPS. She was preceded in death by her parents and by one sister, Gloria Schroder. She is survived by one son, Sergio Rodriguez of Grapevine, Texas; two daughters, Jessica Hernandez and Marisa Rodriguez, both of Lubbock; one brother, Lazaro Roberto Garza of Grand Prairie, Texas; two sisters, Matilda Garza of Irving, Texas, and Angela Todd of Decatur, Texas; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
