Michael Christopher Zambrano PETERSBURG- Michael Christopher Zambrano, 28, of Petersburg, Texas passed away on July 29, 2013 in Sweetwater, Texas. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Aug. 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. The funeral service will be Friday, Aug. 2, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Petersburg, Texas with Pastor Sharron Wiese officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Petersburg Cemetery under the direction of Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Michael was born Oct. 20, 1984 in Lubbock to Margarito Zambrano and Delia Silvas. He was big-hearted, a jack of all trades, a truck driver, bust most of all, a friend to everyone whom you would never forget once you met him. He is survived by his father, Margarito Zambrano of Edinburg; mother, Delia Silvas of Petersburg, Jeanette Zambrano of Petersburg; his special niece, Raven Zambrano; and grandmother, Fransisca Zambrano of Edinburg. Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jorge and Victoria Silvas; paternal grandparent, Cirilo Zambrano; and his uncle, Gregorio Zambrano.
