Victor Quintanilla Obituary

Victor Quintanilla, Sr. LEVELLAND- Mr. Victor Quintanilla, Sr., 77, of Levelland passed away on Dec. 16, 2013 in Lubbock. Services are scheduled for today, Dec. 19, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Levelland, with Father Rudolf Crasta officiating. Music will be by Johnny Vasquez. Internment will be held at the City of Levelland Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 52 years, Juanita Quintanilla of Levelland; his daughter, Victoria Quintanilla of Levelland; five grandchildren, Victor Quintanilla III, Alex Hernandez, Max Hernandez, Marisa Quintanilla, and John Paul Quintanilla; his three brothers, Lupe, Daniel, and Juan Quintanilla; and three sisters, Sussie Ramirez, Janie Vizcarra, and Esperanza Coronado. Victor was a Cursillista and a member of the Sagrado Corazon at St. Micheal's Catholic Church, where he and his wife and family are long time members. He also owned and operated Quintanilla Trucking Company in Levelland for several years. He was a pillar of the Hispanic Community and will be greatly missed.

Its hard to let a love one go but the best thing is we know that they are resting with comfort with the Lord may God be with the family and comfort them durning there lost guide them in the future
