JAMES TERRANO Obituary

JAMES TERRANO James "Jack" Terrano, 70, of Las Vegas, a retired bartender from Bally's Las Vegas, passed away suddenly Sunday, June 30, 2013. He was born in West Hollywood, Calif., the son of Carl and Lillian Terrano (nee Riportella), both deceased. He graduated from Hollywood High School in 1961, then entered the U.S. Air Force, serving for two years. He was stationed in Newburgh, N.Y., and lived there for 18 years before moving to Las Vegas, living there for 33 years. Jack enjoyed buying, selling and sharpening knives for his customers. He also attended and had many friends at the Las Vegas Gun and Knife show. He is survived by his daughter, Tracy Lennox of Lititz, Pa.; son-in-law, Peter; son, Mark Terrano of Schnecksville, Pa.; daughter-in-law, Melody; five grandchildren, Jordan, Lauren and Emily Lennox, and Rachel and Eric Terrano; his sister, Carleen Terrano of Las Vegas; sister-in-law, Tenaya Watson; and two nephews. Private memorial service was previously held.
