Stan was a smiling man who enjoyed his family, hunting and his neighbors. Will always remember your smiling face. May you rest in peace and in the love of the Lord.

Stanley was such a gem, I always loved visiting with him. He didn't put up with fools, and he usually had a joke to share. I always felt he was special, and a few years ago my mother me a story that helped explain my feelings. She said that when I was very little, I was playing in the waves at Port Austin. I was wearing a life jacket, but the waves had knocked me over and I was face down. Stanley was the first to see me in trouble, and jumped right in to carry me out. She never forgot this, and neither will I.
