Macon, GA- It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pastor R. Loretta Williams. On October 24, 2018 the Lord welcomed her home from labor to reward. A Celebration of Life Services will be held Monday October 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Beulahland Bible Church located at 1010 Newberg Ave, Macon, GA 31206. Pastor Antoine Scruggs will be officiating Bishop B. Michael Burney will serve as the Eulogist. Interment services will follow at Macon Memorial Park. Pastor Williams was born April 2, 1956 to the late Ida Mae Higgins and Colbert James Gainey. She was preceded in death by her brother Jimmie Higgins; her niece Patrina Simmons and her sister Jeanette Jackson. To carry out her legacy remains her daughters Rushell "Marvin Jr" Brown and Latisha "George" Buckner; her brother Carlton Higgins; her grandchildren Nila, Jasmine, Destiny, Richard, Rayshawn, Kierra and Taquilla and six great grandchildren; her nieces and nephews Fleticia Jackson, Colbert Jackson whom is regarded as a son, Jathniel Jackson, Bryana Jackson and Isaiah Prater. A visitation will be held Sunday October 28, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Richard R Robinson Funeral Home located at 3275 Pio Nono Ave Macon, GA 31208. Richard R Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Services has charge of arrangements.

I will never forget this preaching machine. Called by God to deliver His message. She was a well in the desert for me when I was grieving the loss of my own dear mother. My heart goes out to her family, children, grandchildren, my dear sister friend (Cynthia Givens) and her church family. May the Lord strengthen you all with the same spirit and grace that lived in Pastor Loretta Williams.

May the Lord richly bless her family as well as her church family and friends during the transition of such a great woman of God. Although I only knew her as a preacher and as a Pastor, her poise and her representation as an example of what a lady of God should look like did not go unnoticed. I was in awe at the anointing that was upon her life and she was truly a powerful Christian lady. Thank you for your stedfast love of our Heavenly Father, your integrity and character while you were here in your earth suit. I believe you are resting in the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ until we all shall be changed in the moment in the twinkling of an eye. Rest on soldier and take your rest.
