Veada became a part of Ingleside on May 1, 1956 along with her husband Anderson Sr., and she will remain in our hearts always. She has been a close friend to me since I met her in 1998 and her knowledge of our church family was invaluable to me when I began work here. She had the kindest heart of anyone I know (especially for the many babies she cared for) and had a wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed so much, but I know she is now healthy again and happy with her Lord. Annette

Oh what wonderful memories I have of Ms. Veada in the 60's, and in 1981 she was right there at my wedding. Such a precious, sweet lady.

Veada always said she was on the "B" team - she'd be here when you came and she'd be here when you left. Well, now she's on the "A" team and heaven has the loveliest new angel...and I bet she's wearing a hat! I love you, Veada!

Heart-felt condolences are expressed to Veada's family. She will be fondly remembered by my family as she always greeted us with friendly conversation each and every Sunday when we arrived for Sunday School. Veada was a prominent figure at IBC as far back as 1961 when we first met her. May she rest in peace now that her journey has ended. We all loved Veada!

We were members of Ingleside Baptist for many years before we moved to Columbus and knew Ms. Veada well. My kids loved her so much as she always had a smile and a hug for them whenever they saw her. She will be missed by all at Ingleside. God bless her family in this difficult time.
