Glen William "Bill" Patterson
TWIN FALLS – Glen William "Bill" Patterson, 80, died Monday, February 19, 2023, at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center surrounded by his family. Bill was born in Vanport, Oregon, to Glen (Pat) and Vivian Patterson.
He graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1961 and Idaho State College in 1963 with a degree in Auto Body Repair.
Bill married Marilyn Hansen on September 20, 1963 in Boise, Idaho. They had two children: Lorrie and Mike. They were married for 60 years at the time of his death.
Bill was an auto body craftsman all of his life. He and Marilyn went to many car shows where his personal cars, and cars he restored, often won awards. His favorite car was 1940 Ford Coupe Deluxe that he purchased from his grandma when he was a teenager and restored.
Bill is survived by his wife, Marilyn; children: Lorrie Meek, Mike (Shawna) Patterson; sister, Marie Webb; grandchildren: Sara, Annie, Lacey, Michael, Lizzy; and great-grandchildren: Tyler, Alexander, Noah, Justice, Ava, Ariella; step-granddaughter, Libby; and step-great-granddaughters: Jess and Kimber; brother-in-law, John Hansen; and sister-in-law, Norma Bodily (Arlyn Bodily).
The service will be held on March 2, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Rosenau Funeral Home, 2826 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls. Inurnment service at the Hazelton Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday March 2, 2024.

Sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was a fine gentleman and a good friend. We have many good memories of camping and riding with Bill and Marilyn. His friendly smile will be missed.
