Ronald Jay Setser
May 16, 1959 - November 5, 2021
Ronald Jay Setser, 62, a resident of Declo, passed away Friday November 05, 2021, in Boise, ID. Ron was born in Evanston, Wyoming to Paul and Donna Setser.
He grew up in Shoshone, Idaho and graduated from Shoshone High School. He made his career working 29 years with multiple railroad companies and most recently with his own business as a contractor. He loved being outdoors, camping with his friends and family, fishing, hunting, family gatherings, and volunteering at his Church. He was beloved member of his community and all that he met along his journey.
Ron is survived by: his sons - Ryan Setser of Twin Falls, Idaho, Chasen Setser of Burley, Idaho and Talon Adams of Burley, Idaho; brothers - Don Setser and Boyd Setser; grandkids Maize, Jay, Aiden, Hudson, and Kasen Setser, and his many cousins, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by: his loving wife - Robbyn Heath Setser; sons - Kyle Eldon Setser, Cory Ryan Setser, and Jay Paul Setser; parents - Paul B. Setser and Donna Rose Setser; and nephew - Ross Lee Setser.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021 at Mountain View Christian Center 317 West. 27th St. Burley, ID 83318 at 11:00 am. A viewing will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Demaray Funeral Service – Shoshone Chapel. Cremation arrangements will follow with a private family inurnment at the Shoshone Cemetery in Shoshone.

We are so lucky that we were friends with Ron. He was a great person. Had some great, fun Harley rides with Ron. Ron you will be missed so much.
