Tristan Howard Obituary

Tristan Hunter Howard

July 9, 2001 - May 7, 2025

Tristan Hunter Howard, "T", took his last breath on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Taken much too soon.

Tristan lived a full life dedicated to family values and work ethic. His story began on July 9, 2001, being born in Boise, ID. From there, his family moved to Colorado for two years, where his dad served as the hunting manager at Sportsman's Warehouse.

Tristan and his family shortly moved back to Twin Falls, to be closer to family and friends. That's where he spent the rest of his days. Tristan graduated from Twin Falls High School in May of 2019.

Tristan had a strong work ethic. At the age of 11, he started working for Daron Brown Small Tractor Works. Then at the age of 15, he added a second job by joining his father, John at Falls Brand. He worked there three days a week, merchandising Falls Brand products that the Walmart store carried here in Twin Falls.

After graduation, Tristan worked for a couple of months at Lowe's and was employed through Best Buy. However, he landed his dream job at the age of 18, working for Les Schwab. He was the youngest on the crew, but you would never know it by the hustle in his step.

Tristan, your love ran deep. Your bond with family and friends was intense. You loved your little sister so much and would have done anything for her. Your quick wit was like no other. You loved seeing if you could get a rise from your father by telling him about the extra parts you were buying for your Tundra. You would talk about your next purchase and giggle while telling your father. You were the absolute best hugger to your momma. You loved us all so much. When you were little, I would take endless pictures of you and Mackenzie sleeping. You have the most beautiful profile. Today, as I look at you sleeping… you're at peace.

We weren't ready to say goodbye. A son is always a part of your life, your world, and your heart. Tristan had goals for everything. He had high expectations for himself, and no one was harder on him than himself. We will continue to follow his goals, that still need to be met.

Tristan is survived by his father, John Michael; mother, Patricia JoAnne; and little sister, Mackenzie Elizabeth.

Never leave home without a hug, a kiss and an "I love you". We never do. The hardest moment is when the one who gave you the most memories becomes the memory.

There will be a funeral service honoring Tristan on Friday, May 16, 2025, starting at 11:00 am, held at Amazing Grace Fellowship; 1061 Eastland Dr. N., Twin Falls, ID. There will be a viewing held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, held at White- Reynolds Funeral Chapel; 2466 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls, ID. Following the service, Tristan will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park; 2296 Kimberly Rd., Twin Falls, ID.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been created for Tristan at Idaho Central Credit Union. Please use "Tristan Hunter Howard Memorial" to contribute to funeral expenses. You are also welcome to donate to Tristan's family directly via Venmo: @Patty-Howard-15. Any additional funds will be donated to the Twin Falls County Search and Rescue.
