Charles Kaden Obituary

Charles “Chuck” E. Kaden of Poland passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 4:51 p.m. in Mercy Health – St. Elizabeth Hospital Boardman. He was 71.

Chuck was born in Youngstown on July 8, 1953, the son of the late John and Genevieve Sackville Kaden.

He was a graduate of Wilson High School and was employed as the co-manager of Giant Eagle for numerous years.

Chuck was of Christian faith and enjoyed spending his time outdoors fishing or bird watching. He was known to be a handyman and liked fixing things. He was also a talented drummer. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Mr. Kaden is survived by his wife, Susan Campolito Kaden, whom he married on December 7, 1974 they would have celebrated 50 years together this December; 2 sons, Chad (Tara) Kaden of Poland, and Todd (Alina) Kaden of Howland; 3 sisters, Virginia (Tony) Infante, Joey Savage, and Nancy (Joe) Davis; 6 grandchildren, Jalin, Rya Mae, Kaliana, Artaya, Thomas, and Penelope Rose.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by a brother, Jack; and a sister, Betty Ryals.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Thomas C. Masters Pavilion 375 Boardman Poland Rd, Boardman, OH 44512.
