Dwayne T. Hughley

WARREN – Dwayne T. Hughley, age 67, entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 29, 2024 at home, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born August 18, 1957 in Warren, the son of Johnny Lee and Lela Mae (Allen) Hughley. Dwayne graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School and worked at Republic Steel. He was raised at Eastside Church of Christ and was a member of Leavittsburg Church of God. A terrific cook, Dwayne gave of himself in preparing meals for the Warren Family Mission and grilling for friends and family. He found peace and accomplishment in gardening, and he served his country honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps. Precious memories of Dwayne live on with his beloved wife of over forty-two years, Sherry (Taylor) Hughley, whom he married March 20, 1982; his sister, Michalene Hughley of Warren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceding him in death are his parents and three brothers: Johnny James, Joe E., and Quenton Lewis Hughley. Services are private.
