Jay Harper Obituary

HUBBARD Jay Don Harper, 88, left this Earth on Thursday January 23, 2025 at his home. He was born October 14, 1936 in Sharon, PA, a son of John and Constance Harper. He worked for the Trumbull County Enginers Department where he had been the Chief Inspector, retiring in 2008 after over 40 years. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, old movies and traveling. He was preceded in death by his Parents, sister Jo Harris, brother Guy Harper, Grandson Alexander Dudai and his beloved wife Virginia Harper. He leaves behind his daughter and son-in-law Connie and Joe Dudai and his three grandsons, Jacob Dudai, Michael Dudai (fiancé ) Ally Phibbs, and Nicholas Dudai. His quick wit, generosity and Cosmic Wisdom will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. There are no calling hours or funeral services.
