Thomas P. Neilan Jr.

WARREN – Thomas P. Neilan, Jr., age 62, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 1, 2024 at his home. A lifelong area resident, he was born August 23, 1961 in Warren, the son of Thomas P., Sr. and Carol (Froom) Neilan. A graduate of Niles McKinley High School, Tom worked as a heavy equipment operator for Torro Brothers Trucking. An avid fisherman, he loved his sports, especially the Browns, Buckeyes, and Cavs. He enjoyed listening to music, especially his favorite band, Pink Floyd. Precious memories of Tom live on with his parents, Tom and Carol Neilan of Niles; his son, Shawn T. Neilan (Amanda) of Cortland; five stepsons: Marvin R. Miller, Jr. (Alonda), Michael R. Miller, Sr. (Heather), Matthew R. Miller, (Jamie), Marc R. Miller (Matthew), and Mitchell R. Miller (Raymond); thirteen grandchildren; his sister, Traci Neilan of McDonald; his brother, Donny Neilan of Howland; his first wife, Laurie Cook of Cortland; and his four-legged BFF, Zoe. His beloved wife of thirty-three years, Patricia (Westover) Neilan, precedes him in death. Calling hours are 5:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, where the funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm Thursday. Rev. Brian Westover will officiate.
