Patsy Morgan Obituary
1940 - 2016
HARTLAND - Patsy Mae (Bickford) Morgan, 76, went home to be with the Lord Sept. 21, 2016 at Eastern Maine Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born June 14, 1940 in Pittsfield, the daughter of Kenneth Lincoln and Mary Muriel (Carvel) Bickford.
She was educated in the schools of Pittsfield and Hartland. She was employed as a sorter technician in the leather/tannery industry for many years and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Patsy loved animals, working outside in her flower garden and cherished time spent with her family.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Carl Ramberg of Hartland; two daughters, Deborah Ramsdell and husband Paul of Hartland, Cindy Tice and husband David of Athens, two sons, James Morgan and wife Laura of Hartland, Richard Stoots and wife Shelley of Hartland; sister, Shirley Steeves and husband Tom of Lehigh Acres, Fla., brother, David McGibney of Sammamish, Wash.; grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Gary, Melissa, Angelina, Michelle, Mary, Emily, Matthew, Brooke, Courtlyn, and Brysyn; 20 great-grandchildren with three more due next year and had a very special relationship with her great-granddaughter Elizabeth Holt. She was predeceased by her husband, James Morgan, sisters, Bette Faulcon, Marilyn Caruso, and Nancy York, brothers, Larry McGibney and Wes McGibney, and a very special friend, Lydia Gallant.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, 201 6 at 11 a.m. at the Starbird Cemetery, Rt. 43, Hartland with Pastor Tom Brown officiating.
Arrangements under the direction and care of Dan & Scott's Cremation & Funeral Service, 445 Waterville Road, Skowhegan.
