I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your father and grandfather. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor to so many students in the Caribou School system. My husband and I both had him as a teacher and we have never forgotten him. Be comforted in the fact that he is forever at his favorite fishing hole and is no longer in any pain or discomfort.

I missed Dick at the golf club this past summer and asked about him regularly. I always looked forward to Sunday mornings with Dick at the Springbrook Golf Club proshop. Prior to his tee time we would catch up on the week gone by and talk about schools today. Always a gentle man. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. peace Debbie & Trent Murphy

Gail, I was in that class with you! Mr. McCrossin was one of those rare teachers that I liked, or should I say, liked me? If the measure of a man is the memories he leaves, he did very well. Sincere condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father and grandfather. I had the pleasure of having Mr. McCrossin for 9th grade geometry in Caribou. His great passion for math, coupled with his sense of humor, made his class one to look forward to. He was an inspiration to so many students. God Bless!

My condolences to the family on the passing of your father and grandfather. I had the honor of having Mr. McCrossin as a geometry teacher in 9th grade in Caribou. He had a great passion for math and shared it eagerly with his students. This, blended with his sense of humor, made his class one of my all time favorites. His was definitely a class to remember. God Bless!
