Hans is preceded by his parents, wife of over 36 years, Janice Christensen and brother Charlie Christensen.
Hans is survived by his brother Eugene Christensen, children Clara Villanueva (Marcelo), Hans Christensen Jr. (Shiana), Michael Christensen (Aleida) and Ruth Christensen (Alejandro); step-children David Vandeventer (Liz), Pamela Moore (Jimmy), Michael Vandeventer (Lori), Tamara Ingram (Clark) and Donna Fenison (Charles); grandchildren Edward, Sophia, Maria, Kimberly, David, Alexander, Jaylen, Jalissa, Joshua, Kaylee, Rosalva, Leilani, Desiree, Cassandra, Jacob, Catalina, Naomi, Kyona, Michelle, Joy, Stephanie, Jeffrey, John, Jared, Jenna, Johnny, Christina, Katherine, Kelsey, Caitlyn, Mark, Rashanna and Josh and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will follow beginning at 11:00 AM, with Interment at Prairie Bayou Cemetery. Prairie Bayou Church will be accepting family and friends after the graveside service. Online condolences can be made at www.atkinsonfuneralhome.net
