Margaret Webb Stevens

1952 - 2023

It is with tears in our eyes and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Margaret "Maggie" Webb Stevens.

Maggie died suddenly, at the age of 70, on May 13, 2023, in the arms of her loving, devoted husband of 31 years, David Stevens.

Margaret was born on July 20, 1952, to the proud parents of Anna and Andy Webb. She grew up in East Arlington, Vermont and graduated from Arlington Memorial High School in 1970. After graduation, Margaret pursued a career with Delta Airlines as a Flight Attendant.

On July 18, 1992, Maggie married David Stevens, the love of her life. They built a home in South Londonderry and have been members of the community for 31 years.

Maggie was born and raised in Vermont, so she has earned the privilege of being known as a "true Vermonter." She loved the dirt roads, rolling hills, majestic mountains, wildflowers, backyard birds and the occasional wildlife that would stroll along on her property.

Maggie was a friend of Bill W. for 38 years; an accomplishment that she was very proud of. She helped a countless number of people "talk the talk and walk the walk." Maggie had the gift of gab and a great sense of humor which served her well.

Maggie is survived by her husband David Stevens, her sisters Anna Webb Israelton and Andrea Webb. She will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church, located in South Londonderry on 6/10/2023 at 1 PM.
