Michael Webb Obituary

MANSFIELD: Michael C. "Mike" Webb, 53, of Mansfield, died Friday afternoon, June 18, 2010 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
Born April 25, 1957, in Mansfield, he is the son of Ora and Virginia (Brooks) Webb. Mike retired in 2001 from Worner Roofing and had attended Lincoln Heights Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and was a natural wheeler-dealer for great bargains. Mike loved to make people laugh and was quite the prankster. He was very artistic, and enjoyed painting and airbrushing. His greatest joy came from being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his companion of 13 years, Bonnie Koenig; two daughters, Michelle (Tyson) Deskins of Shelby, Maunaka Webb of Shelby; three sons, Michael (Brooke Ousley) Webb of Willard, John (JoAnne) Koenig of Missouri and Jason (Tiffany) Koenig of Missouri; mother, Virginia Webb of Mansfield; nine and one-half grandchildren, McKenna Deskins, Tanyn Deskins, Isaiah Hicks, Olivia Hicks, Braylon Webb, Timothy Koenig, Natalie Koenig, Shiann Koenig, Ethan Koenig and soon to be arriving, Kyra Webb; a brother, Randy (Barb) Webb of Mississippi; a sister, Joyce Maynor of Mansfield; his faithful canine friend, Ziggy Webb; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Ora Webb.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors with Pastor Harry Brooks, Mike's uncle officiating. Friends may visit from 2-4 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Windsor Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
