Ann, Al, Karen, John and Families,

We are so saddened to hear of the loss of your Father. He was a wonderful Father and Grandfather and will be greatly missed. Even though he is in a better place it doesn't make the loss any easier. The void that was created will never be filled. He has left behind a beautiful legacy for his children and grandchildren. May you always hold dear to your heart the many memories he has made for you. You are in our thoughts and prayers now and in the months ahead as you go through this most difficult time.

To The Capobianco Family,
I was a neighbor of your parents, our backyards met. I remember your dad hanging out the wash while your mom was at work at the high school. Late summer he would bring us tomatoes that he grew. I will always remember, when the weather got warm, your mom would be out back at night with the grandchildren and flash lights singing songs. It always brought a smile to my face. They were two beautiful people. They are together again, in God's hands.
My prayers are with them.

Dear Karen and all the rest of Al's Family

We were so sorry to learn of Al's passing today. Dick has many fond memories of football officiating and golfing with AL - not to mention happy hours spent eating cheese-steak sandwiches at Dietzi's Tavern. Had we known sooner, we would certainly have been at the service.

January 5, 2008

Dear Al,
We will miss you so very much. The void in our lives will be great. As Ann has said, "I know he was ready but I wasn't. " That sums it up for us all. We all know this was best for you. You are free. You will live on in the hearts of all of us, especially your family. I thank You for the support you have given our children in all they have done the pass 9 years. You were their surrogate grandfather in so many ways and we thank you for that. We pray you will find the peace and comfort you are so deserving of.
Love You Always,

To the family of Al Capobianco
Words cannot express the empathy and sympathy we feel for all of you.
We can only hope you know how much a part of many lives they have been and with Al's passing, it truly is the end of an era. Without Marge and Al none of us will ever be able to fill the space their passing has created. However, they left us we so many memories for which we are thankful.
Your family is and will be in our thoughts and prayers.

John & the entire Capobianco Family:

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your father. You parents are very special to me and they represent many of the memorable and special times in my life. I remember all of the sleeps overs and your dad's great sense of humor, as well as, all of the great dinners that Marge would prepare for anyone who walked through the door (at times 8-10 of us). I thank your dad and mom for the wonderful memories that I will cherish for a lifetime and your friendship as well. May your father rest in peace and I will keep him in my prayers. My deepest sympathies to your whoile family.

To the family and friends of Al,
Just wanted to drop note expressing my sorrow for your loss. I had the honor of officiaiting with Al (including 11 of those 15 Easton/P'burg games) and he was a credit to the game. He will be missed by all his officiating brothers but we do know that he will be watching us from a much better seat!

To the family of Mr. Capobianco,
There are no words to describe how sorry I am for your loss. May Al find peace with Marge now that his suffering is ended. As I read his obituary, I smiled as I recalled so many wonderful memories of growing up with your family; sporting events, cheerleading, Roosevelt Elementary School, sleighriding, and the list goes on and on. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Al, Karen, Ann, John:
Our deepest sympathy to you and your families. It still seems strange to go past the house and not see or hear something going on. There's not much left of the "lifetime neighbors" anymore. We're thinking of all of you.
