Barbara Guth

Barbara H. Guth, 72, formerly of Upper Black Eddy, died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Country Meadows, Bethlehem Twp. She is the wife of the late Jacob J. Guth, Jr. who died Nov. 28, 2013. Barbara was born in Savannah, Georgia on February 15, 1945 to the late Ralph and Matilda (Deibert) Hoke. She was a Secretary/Treasurer at Bridgeton Twp. for 28 years and Township Supervisor for 25 years until retiring. She is a member of Palisades Republican Club. Survivors: Children: John M. (Michelle) of Bangor, Christine G. (Christopher) of Palo Alto, CA; siblings: Debra (Robert) Richardson of Springfield, VA; 4 grandchildren: Eliana, Josiah, Evelyn, Madelyn. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 12 - 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street - Hellertown followed by the service at 1 p.m. Interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Nockamixon, Ferndale, Bucks Co.
