Where do I even begin to tell you how much "Mom" meant to me? She was such a loving, caring, and generous person. She was there for me so many times when I needed her to listen, offer advice, or just sit quietly and hold me. She not only opened her home to me, but made me a part of her family and treated my husband and kids the same. She was very much my mom for almost 35 years even though we weren't flesh and blood. I'll never forget all the times she took us girls shopping or camping or how she just made a welcoming place for us to hang out. I'll cherish the mornings we had just sitting, drinking coffee, and slowly starting our days together. I'll never forget the wonderful smell of her cozy house and how she always had flowers growing and a candle burning somewhere. I appreciate all the times she traveled for my graduation, wedding, and visits to Maryland to prove her love. I will miss her dearly and can't believe I won't be able to talk with her anymore or have that sense of just knowing she's there if I need her. She made an incredible impact on my life, and I'm not sure how different things would be if I hadn't had her as my rock. I know she touched many lives with her generosity and kindness, as it was standard for her to put other's needs before her own. I hope I can make her proud and pay it forward, following her example. I love you, Mom. I'll never stop thinking about you. You did a lot of good.

My sincere sympathy goes out to Charles and this entire family. I spent my early childhood just one house away from the Noggle family when they lived in Marion, Ohio. We walked to school together, played hide and seek together, and lived happily as neighborhood children. Christine was always such a joyful and loving child. I am so saddened to hear this news. God bless you Charles and family....

My twin brother and I lived one house down from Chrissy. She was our playmate until she left in fifth grade. This makes us very sad.

My condolences to Charlie and the entire Applegate/Noggle family. Chris was a very sweet person. She will be missed. Rick and I always enjoyed spending time with her and Charlie (or running into them at K-mart :0)). Among other things she bailed out my daughter for a prom dress she needed altered once and went above and beyond what we asked of her. Rest in Peace Chris.
