I knew this young man since he was in ninth grade at William Allen High School playing football. He always called me coach Tone in the most funniest way, and thru out the years I watched him grow. Devon always remained the same! High spirited, People like this are hard to find that why it's so hard to say good bye. Devon Robinson you will be missed

GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN
As the time goes by you never realize how much of an impact a person can make in your life.
Crazy how we loose the ones we love from morning to night .
Brothers, sisters and family left to mourn and remember your precious sight.
Praying you saw angel wings welcoming you at the end of the tunnel with bright lights.
Wish u could be here to eperience the rest of your life.
Now your gone and but forgotten, its crazy dont seem right.
The good die young and we will never now why,
but god has his plans and you're an angel in his hands.

As you depart from the cold cruel world, may your journey through the heavens guide you to eternal happiness in the land of true riches and paradise for a person like you so young and so pure inspired many of us leaving an imprint in our hearts that we will never forget. You were like a little brother to me, we shared laughs jokes and music was always a big thing remember a while back when we were makin music in the studio in your moms basement. I knew you had it in you, eager with so much talent. I just want you to know, deep down in our hearts you made it baby boy and thats with out a question..

you will be surprised how many lives you changed but dont forget that in our heart is where you will remain..

Dear Mothers and family,I'd like to express my deepest sympathies to all of you but especially to Mom. My name is Pauline Collins and I lost my 27y/o daughter,Melissa,to cancer on Feb.1,2011.It is the hardest thing ever...to lose a child...there is so much you dreamed for them and prayed for them and wanted for them...I pray that Mother God holds you close to her heart and fills you with strength and peace and love and blesses you with all the support and help you need from caring friends and family. There will be an ache in your hearts for a long time, some days, you may even feel, finally at peace with it,only to find,a day later...tears flow like water from a faucet...but,one day,you will all be together again,in a far better place where only joy and love will last and your sweet child will be waiting there with arms outstretched...welcoming you home.May God bless you all.

Son,
I watched you grow into a young man. We laughed and had serious talks as you grew. You made me a better teacher and man by sharing your perspective on life with me often. I want you to know that I'm offering my condolences to your immediate and adopted family across the country. Know that I will continue to use your smiles, words and hugs to continue moving others forward. We will talk as often as we did in the past and I'l listen even harder for your words. Love You!
