Doris F. Moser, 90, formerly of the Episcopal House, Allentown, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013 in the Woodland Terrace at the Oaks, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Charles F. Moser. Doris was born in Summit Hill, PA, a daughter of the late Frederick and Dorothy (Kern) Diehl. She was a sales clerk for Hess Department Store for many years. Doris served as a secretary for American Diversified Enterprises of Allentown from 1964 until retiring in 1984. She was a longtime member of the former St. Michaels Lutheran Church, Allentown. Doris was a member of St. James United Church of Christ, Allentown. She was a member of the Allentown Senior Citizens and volunteered for many years at the Good Shepherd Home. She loved playing pinochle. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Survivors: Son, James R., husband of Susan L. Moser, of Macungie; daughters, Eileen L., wife of Robert Shovlin, of Allentown and Kathleen H., wife of Timothy Hillenbrand, of Allentown; sister, Gloria Moser of Allentown; grandchildren, Brendan, Lisa, Bridget, Andrew, Lori, Adam, Jonathan, and Kate; and 10 great-grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, in the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., 1335-37 Linden Street, Allentown. Call 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, in the funeral home.
