Eric D. Hill

Eric D. Hill of Allentown, son of David and Susan Hill of Center Valley and fiancé of Jill Cherkas of Ambler, passed from this life on Thursday, July 26th. He was 46. Eric was employed by Ken Smith Bass Guitars, Perkasie, for 18 years. He was a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School and Muhlenberg College. He loved guitars, music, jamming with his friends, running, tending his vegetable garden, walking his dog, his many friends, and cooking. He also loved Philadelphia sports, especially the Phillies and the 2018 Super Bowl Champion Eagles. He was a long-time member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and also Christ Lutheran Church. Eric is also survived by his sister Amy Greenleaf of Connecticut, brother-in-law John, nephew Paul, niece Ella, and his beloved dog Harvey. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, August 4th, at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. 274 North Krocks Road, Allentown. Friends may call from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M.
