Robert C. Danner

Robert C. "Bupper" Danner, 49, of Emmaus, died Sept. 18, 2021 in St. Luke's Hospital – Warren Campus. He was the husband of Carly R. Bitler. Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Charles and Alice (Greenawalt) Danner. He worked as an upholsterer for BK Upholstery, Boyertown for 25 years. He was an active and social member of Seisholtzville Fire Company for 28 years, volunteer for Hereford Volunteer Fire Company, and drove ambulance for Bally Community Ambulance. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and life member of the Nimrods and member of Alburtis Rod and Gun Club. Robert is survived by his wife, Carly; stepson, Christopher Ohmacht; sister, Melissa wife of Terry "Doug" Shaner; nephew, Mason Shaner; numerous cousins and friends that he considered family. A celebration of Robert's life will be held on Sat., Oct. 16, 2021 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM in Seisholtzville Fire Company, 24 Saint Peter's Road, Macungie, PA 18062. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Seisholtzville Fire Company.
