Tammy White Obituary
Tammy Lyn (German) White, 45, of Slatington, passed away, March 12, 2014, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Daniel White, they celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary last November. Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of Karen (Koch) German and the late Warren C. German. Tammy was a graduate of Northern Lehigh School District in 1985, worked as a certified nursing assistant, and later for Harriet Carter via phone. Survivors: Husband; mother; children, Christopher A. and wife, Janine White, Michael A. and wife, Krystal White, and Amber L. and husband, Noah K. Kunkel; grandchildren, Gavin and Lilly Parks, Ella and Skylie White, Shaelyn and Brycen Kunkel; twin brother, Todd C. German; brother, Warren M. and wife, Rochelle German. Services: 11 a.m., Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Good Shepherd UCC, 3940 Mountain Rd., Slatington. Calling hour 9 to 11 a.m. at the church. Arrangements Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. 2nd St., Slatington. Contributions: Can be made to American Cancer Society, 3893 Adler Place, Bethlehem, PA 18017.

Dan, Chris and family, Mike and family, Amber and family, Cookie, Todd and family, Warren and family... So sorry to hear about Tammy. She was a wonderful person. It is hard to understand why such a young woman with so much to live for had to suffer with this terrible disease called cancer, but she is free from all the pain now.. Turn to God and oneanother for comfort in the coming weeks I know the hole this loss has left in your heart will never go away but somehow find a way to come together now and then to celebrate her life. Tell her beautiful grandchildren all about her, they are all so young and she loved them so...she left beautiful memories for all of you to share. Thinking of all of you... God Bless...R.I.P. Tammy

Praying for you during this most difficult time. I pray you feel God loving arms surrounding you. Lean on Him. He is your strength when you think you can't go on. Tammy was an incredible woman. She brought a smile to all who knew her. While there is tremendous sadness here on this earth the heavens are rejoicing because one of it's children has come home. May God richly bless you Tammy!!

I met Tammy at a Cancer benefit for my sister Lisa who just passed on the 11th. She was a very sweet woman that I spoke with on the phone a few times. I am happy that Lisa and Tammy can both be cancer free in Heaven now. My prayers go out to the whole family. Love to you all!
