ISAIAH HUNNELL Obituary

ISAIAH JOSEPH CHARLES HUNNELL On November 16, 2024, Isaiah Joseph Charles Hunnell died at home near Laings, Ohio. Isaiah was born in Charleston, W.V., February 11, 2004, to Alisha Adams (my niece) and Joseph Franklin. Isaiah's father and I, Charles and Judith Hunnell, received Isaiah at 6 months old and he was adopted by us at age 1. God promised me a son and provided. Thank you, Alisha Adams and Joseph Franklin, for giving us 20 beautiful, joyful, blessed years with Isaiah, our best years. Isaiah graduated from Monroe Central High School and Swiss Hills Vocational School of Woodsfield, Ohio. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator with various companies in Southeast Ohio. Isaiah was preceded in death by his grandparents Patricia Garrett of Weirton, W.V., and Carl Adams of Cabin Creek, W.V., and Glenn and Lucille Hunnell of Woodsfield. He leaves behind living grandparents Roger Adams and Carol Alford of Saint Albans, W.V.; he leaves behind two sisters, Sierra Starkey of Chapmanville, W.V., and Savannah Smith of Madison, W.V.; two brothers, Brandon Franklin of Charleston and Austin Albright of Madison; one other sister who became Isaiah's sister through adoption, my daughter Melissa Green, of Julian, W.V. He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Isaiah will be sadly missed always and never forgotten. We all love you Isaiah beyond what we can put into words. The Lord has revealed four months ago of where you would be within a dream and confirmed again on the 16 - 17 of November 2024. In God's mercy your home is in heaven, Jesus loves you just as much as we all do, most certainly more. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Thursday November 21, 2024, at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield, with Pastor Joe Hise officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.
