Dereck was a good friend of mine..we spent a lot of time together & altho we lost touch a few yrs ago, we share wonderful memories. I believe strongly that he is happy in a wonderful place...& that he still lives on in spirit..no death, only transition...I don't think a day will go by that I won't think of him..I was blessed to know him & spend such quality time..a piece of my heart went with him, but Gods will is never wrong..I feel his presence strongly

Mary and I take walks around the block from Brittan & Greenbriar and we saw the notices go up and noticed they came down. We are so disheartened to have learned of this outcome. We wish to express our sincere condolences on your recent, tragic loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to, especially the parents, and the entire family. I have absolutely no doubt grandfather "Papa" is taking good care of him...

Dear family, I have so many memories of Dereck that they won't all fit in one entry. But one thing that I just want to lift up was Dereck's sensitivity and insight that he often surprised me with when we were talking about something serious. All of us are grieving with you for his tragic loss.
