Nancy Baumann Obituary

Resident of Los Gatos
Nancy was born to Victor and Ellen (Ekstrom) Styris in San Francisco, attended SF Polytechnic High School, SF State, and married Don Baumann. Nancy loved to teach - she originally attended college aspiring to become a teacher. Her joys were tutoring, gardening, her children, grandchildren and friends, Toastmasters, hiking, counseling, co-leading a Camp Fire Girl Troop, giving massage/acupressure as a licensed therapist and enjoying a personal relationship with God.
She is survived by her children, Beverly (Kevin) Troupe, Lee's Summit, MO; Doug (Lynne), Cliff (Kelly) and Greg of San Jose; ten grandchildren; and sister, Liane Novak of Burlingame. Nancy passed away unexpectedly from a stroke. Services held 3/25/17.
