Went to school and rode horses with Diane. Met Don many years later at the phone company. Hard working, talented man. To Diane, family, and friend so sorry for your loss.

I first meet Don when he started giving Platelets in Boise in 2013. He was a great person to chat with and I have great respect for his dedication to helping save life's by donating at Red Cross. He had donated 358 times which is just about 45 gallons worth of blood products. I will remember him each time i sit in the chair to donate.

I first met Don in 1968 when he returned from the Air Force to a job on a telephone company line crew in Caldwell. But I was familiar with Don since I had replaced him on a line crew in 1965 when he left for the Air Force. In later years, I would see Don at the Red Cross in Boise when we were both donating platelets. My condolences to Don's family.

R.I.P. Don!
