TROY - Carlotta A. Opperman, age 66, of Troy, OH passed away on August 25, 2025, at Grandview Hospital, Dayton, OH. She was born on July 7, 1959, in Logansport, IN to the late Damon Mitchell Adams and Rosalie (Miller) Brownfield.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years: Jake Opperman; siblings: Candie (Doug) Baker, William Otto (Connie) Adams and David (Patty) Adams and two nephews.
Carlotta earned her associate degree from the University of Kentucky and was employed as a computer programmer.
