Jude Wrinn
Jude Sipples Wrinn, 90, of Middletown, CT, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025. Born on August 31, 1934, in Meriden, CT, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Sipples and Catherine (Katy) Sheridan. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, a cherished friend, and a kindhearted soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Jude was an artist. She loved to paint, compose music, write poetry and was creative in everything she did. She was compassionate and kind, filled with enthusiasm and always had a lively sense of humor. Jude also was a dedicated many years of service as a purchasing assistant for Connecticut Valley Hospital. She is survived by her children Thomas Wrinn and wife Michelle Pirruccio, Judeen Wrinn and husband Ron Staniszewski, Timothy Wrinn and wife Susan, Meghan Wrinn and Fiancé James Henrickson and Kathryn Connelly. She leaves behind seven grandchildren, Kylie, Owen, Colin and Tommy Wrinn and Cal, Timmy and Makaley Connelly and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her beloved son-in-law, Timothy Connelly Sr., her sister Maureen O'Louglin and brothers Thomas and Paul Sipples. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, August 24th from 5-7 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown, a Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday the 25th at St. John's Church in Middletown, CT. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian's Cemetery in Middlefield, CT. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jude's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in one of the following ways: by phone 800-822-6344; by internet at stjude.org; by mail at 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
