Janet was my only sibling, and the maternal aunt my four children had. We have so many wonderful memories of her and Dan. They were true soulmates. She was a gourmet cook and wonderful storyteller. He was a great pianist. My children, upon graduation from high school, were given a choice of getting $500 or a trip. The boys took the money, and the girls chose a trip. Jolynn and Neil Marie opted for a trip. Neil Marie went to New York and Jolynn to New Orleans. Jan was with us thru "good times and bad times". We remained close to Janet her whole life. We are thankful she is not in pain, and we feel confident she gained her wings.

Jan and Dan both were indeed a "force." My late husband Frank and I enjoyed many a fun outing with them through the years. My deepest sympathy to the family on the loss of this inspiring and dynamic woman. Lana Clark

When I was a troubled teen in about 1971-1972. I had the great pleasure in getting to know her. I have always remembered those occasions with great pleasure.
