Terrance (Terry) Hart
Terrance (Terry) Hart from Modesto, California passed away peacefully, following a short illness on Tuesday January 12th 2016 at the age of 60. Loving husband, stepfather, son, brother and friend.
Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Miriam Dunn Hart and his father Edward Joseph Hart. Terrance is survived by his loving wife of 8 years Victoria Wood Hart, stepdaughter Crystal Lund Smith and stepson Brock Apostolou. Siblings, Edward (Butch) Hart (Kathy), Dr. Michael Hart (Sherry), Timothy Hart (Debbie) and his sister Debra Hart. In laws Connie Rosso (Robert) and numerous nephews and nieces whom he loved so much.
Terry was born in Iowa and came from a large and loving family. He was a great athlete in high school, and excelled in Football, Baseball and Wrestling. In his younger years he enjoyed coaching boys little league baseball, and he likely influenced many young boys lives.
Terry worked numerous jobs and then hired onto Pacific Telephone in 1981. He enjoyed his wonderful career working as a Repair Technician and then onto Management for the last half of his career. Retiring after 28 years in 2009 from ATT, which is what the company's name is today.
Terry loved riding motorcycles, listening to his music, going to movies, watching high school football games, wrestling matches and watching girl's softball. He was able to travel to many wonderful places with his wife Vicki during their 11 years together. He was a great storyteller and always put a smile or a laugh on any ones face he came across.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday February 6th 2016 at 1:30pm. At The Seasons Multi Cultural Event Center on 945 McHenry Avenue in Modesto, California.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to The Cancer Research Institute or CRI, in Terrance Harts name.
