Randy Lively

1995 - 2019

Randy Tyler Lively was born on Dec. 29, 1995 and passed away at his Coalfield home on Sept. 16, 2019. Tyler, as he was known to his family and friends, graduated from Coalfield High School in 2014 and attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Harriman, where he learned welding. Tyler worked at MW Drilling of Knoxville as a roughneck; he loved his job. He enjoyed fishing with his friends more than any other sport; he also enjoyed golf with his good friend Cody Taylor. Tyler had recently begun gardening and was good at growing hot peppers for the family table. He was also well known for his odd but amazing sense of fashion and remarkable sense of humor.
Tyler is survived by his wife of 13 months Jazmin Gonzalez Lively, his mother Dawn Lively Virgil and husband Jim (called 'Papi' by Tyler), his brother Jacob Lively, stepbrother Bryan and grandparents Doug and Rita Lively. He is also survived by his special Uncle Randy 'Uncle Buck' Lively, for whom he was named, his Aunt Linda Lively, his special Great Aunt Laureen Adcock and husband Dale, Great Aunt Pat Morrow and husband Lexie, his father- and mother-in-law Rigoberto and Alma Gonzalez, a brother-in-law Danny Gonzalez, and numerous other in-laws whom he adored. He is also survived by his special Great-Grandfather Elbert Moore of Coalfield.
Randy Tyler was a generous, kind-hearted and happy person with too many friends to list. However, Cody Taylor and Jacob Watson have been there for Tyler for many years.
The world has lost a beautiful human being.
Visitation was held at the Premier Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs on Friday, Sept. 20, from 5-7 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. Graveside services was held at the Estes/Western Cemetery in Coalfield on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m.
