On Monday, October 10, 2022, Phyllis Jean Lachowyn, well-known as "Pepsi," devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully passed away at home, lovingly surrounded by her family. Pepsi was 87.Pepsi was pre-deceased by her parents Mary E. Bolitz Charnisky and Steve A. Charnisky, her brother Richard S. Charnisky, sister Marlene Reeves, her husband John Lachowyn, and daughter Joyce M. Ralph.Pepsi is survived by her sister Mary Ann Price (Scott), her daughters: Janice Christopher, Naples, Florida, Laureen Suspenski, Amherst, Ohio, and Lynnette Young (Wayne), Grass Valley, California; as well as her grandchildren, Megan Christopher, Lauren Christopher, Wade Cox (Andrea), Julia Henderson, Jonathan Ralph, Reid Young and Ashley Young; and her great-grandchildren Andrew Wimberly, Wade Cox, Jr., Mark Cox, Tyler Henderson, Blake Henderson, Rhys Berlin, and Logan Ralph.Ohio family and friends, guests are invited to greet family Friday, October 14, 2022, from 10 am - 11 am, at St. Joseph Parish Greeting Space, 200 St. Joseph Drive, Amherst, Ohio, 44001. Funeral Mass will take place immediately afterward in the church, Father Timothy J. O'Connor to officiate.Florida family & friends, guests are invited to greet family Wednesday, October 26, from 10 am - 11 am, in the St. Agnes Catholic Church Greeting Space, 7775 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, FL., 34120. Funeral Mass will take place immediately afterward in the Main Church, Very Reverend Father Robert Kantor to officiate.
