Michael Friskel Obituary
Mike was born October 20, 1953 in Pittsburg. He was the son of Joseph William and Doris June (Gillenwater) Friskel.
Mike grew up in Frontenac, Kansas and Oklahoma. He graduated from Frontenac High School in 1971. He lived most of his life in the Frontenac and Pittsburg area.
His parents and his brother Tim Friskel preceded him in death.
Survivors include: Long time companion Karen Garrett of the home in Pittsburg; three brothers and a sister, Dan Friskel of Chickasha, Okla., Clare Dyas of Bentonville, Ark., Jim Friskel of Woodstock, N.Y., and Joe Friskel of Frontenac; seven nieces and two nephews.
Mike's wishes for Cremation were arranged by Sevier Funeral Home of Chickasha, Oklahoma. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
