Matthew Ryan Polak, 35, passed away June 11, 2021. Born March 25, 1986, he was the son of Richard Polak and Linda Bordelon.
Matt is survived by his father Richard "Rick" (Jan) Polak; mother Linda Bordelon; brother Stephen (Megan) Polak; fiancé Anna Drazin and their lovable cat "Maddie"; special cousins Cooper Wainman and Olivia Wainman; aunts and uncles Amy McElvain of Seattle Washington, Joanne (Craig) Wainman of Freeport IL, Mark (Julie) Watson of Carol Stream, IL, Joseph (TIng) Polak, Maryanne (Andy) Kopatich , Therese Polak, Thomas Polak and Judy (Jim) Espejo.
He is preceded in death by his aunt Robin Watson and uncle Tony Polak.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the U.C. Davis-Callahan Funeral Home located in Morris. A celebration of Matt's life will follow at 3:00 pm officiated by Pastor Chuck Richardson.
