FRANCES LYKOSH
AGE: 87 PERTH AMBOY
Frances Lykosh, 87, died on Jan. 20, 2009 at J.F.K. Haven Hospice Edison. Born in Poland, she lived in Perth Amboy since 1959. A communicant of the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption in Perth Amboy General Hospital and retired in 1986.
She is predeceased by her husband, Michael in 1997; and a grandson, Ronnie Tampa in 2006. Beloved mother of Walter Lykosh of Bayville, Joseph Lykosh of FL.; Daughters, Luba Bonczek of Beachwood, Christin Palmer of Iselin, Sophia Czerepka of FL, and Stacia La Rosa of Matawan; 13 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 9:00AM at the Zylka Funeral Home 513-515 State St. Perth Amboy. A funeral Divine Liturgy will follow at 9:30AM in Ukrainian Catholic of the Assumption Church, Burial will be in the Church cemetary in Woodbridge. Friends may call on Friday 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00PM. Parastas Services will be held at 7:30 Friday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital 508 St. Jude Dr. Memphis TN
