KEVIN J. POPE
AGE: 33 ASBURY PARK
Kevin J. Pope "Krupt", age 33, of Asbury Park, died on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at University Hospital. He was born in Neptune. He was a Baptist and attended Union Baptist Church in Neptune.
He is survived by two children, Kevin Bonze and Ziara Jefferson, both of Asbury Park; parents, Calvin Canada and Deborah Jefferson, both of Asbury Park; parents, Fannie and James Pope, both of Neptune; six siblings, Deborah Jefferson Hill, Maria Jefferson, Calvin Jefferson, Tyshon Pope, all of Asbury Park, Tina Newcomb and David Newcomb, both of N.C.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at 12 noon from Jackson Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, Neptune, NJ. Jackson Funeral Home, 242 Neptune Blvd., Neptune is in

To the Jefferson and Canada families Words cannot ease the pain you're feeling but I pray that GOD grants yall the strength to deal with the sorrow you're feeling. I've known Krupt for close to 20 years now and he was always a jokester.....then we found out we had family in common we became really good friends and I will Truly miss him. Take comfort in knowing that he's no longer suffering. R.I.P. Krupt

man i dont know what to say right now but what i will say is that i respected you an right now im gonna honor you .. you was a strong man ,a soilder,a warrior,a true friend ..i havent seen you in about 9 years an when i saw you saturday oct.31 its was like old times again when we was young as i sit an look at your pic an remember watchin the things you did that night an had me laughingi will always remember that from this day forward an i can remember the last thing i said to you i have you an hand shake an a hug an said be safe an u said always never know the lord would of called you so soon... im gonna stop writing now cause its a touchy subject but all i want to say to kev's family is that hes in a way better place then here an i respect your son, father, brother, uncle, an nephew...KEVIN POPE A TRUE WARRIOR....
