Patrick Johnson Obituary
PATRICK JOHNSON
AGE: 54 ISELIN
Patrick Johnson, of Iselin, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Riverton Nursing Rehabilitation Center, Rahway. He was 54. Mr. Johnson was a lifelong resident of Iselin and a communicant of St. Cecelia Church, Iselin, as well as a lifelong member of its choir. Patrick was a 1974 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Edison.
He was predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Lozak Johnson, in 1991. Patrick is survived by his devoted father, Edward P. Johnson of Iselin; a loving brother, Joseph and his wife Robin of Stewartsville; his nieces, Theresa and Clair Johnson; and his nephew, John Johnson. He was also survived by his aunt, Jeannette Pettit; and his uncles, Francis J. Crowley Sr. and Stephen Lozak and his wife Evelyn. Patrick will also be missed by his cousins, Jay and Mary Cathrin Crowley, Mary Jeannette and Andre Duma and Eileen and Frank Fritsch.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, May 10 at the Pettit-Davis Funeral Home, 371 W. Milton Ave., Rahway. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at 9 a.m. Monday, May 11 from the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Cecelia Church, Iselin. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Greek Catholic Cemetery, Hopelawn. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Cecelia Church in Patrick's memory would be appreciated.
