Robert Valentino Obituary
AGE: 54 • New Port Richey, FL
Robert M. Valentino, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, after a long battle with Cancer. He was born in Jersey City NJ on Dec. 27, 1959 and lived in Freehold, NJ before moving to New Port Richey FL. He was 54 years old. An all-around outdoorsman, Robert loved to go fishing, camping, hiking and boating. Robert also loved rebuilding cars, motorcycles and motorized bicycles in his spare time.
He is survived by his mother, Elaine A. Hicks; his father, Lewis Valentino; his daughter, Melody L. Valentino; his sister, Ann Marie Valentino-Daly and her husband Robert; his nieces, Meredith and Meagan Dixon; his best friend, Giacomo Terrizzi; his longtime companion, Debra Crowley, as well as a host of family and friends.
Family and Friends may gather for a memorial service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 685 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Repass will follow at The La Bove Grande, 800 Rt 70, Lakehurst, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses. The family is encouraging all friends and family to post a memory of, or a prayer for Robert on his "In Memory of Robert M. Valentino" Facebook page.
