Virginia "Ginny" Svonavec

AGE: 62 • New Brunswick

Virginia "Ginny" Svonavec, (Thompson) of New Brunswick passed away at University Hospital in Newark on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011. She was 62 years old. Born in New York City, she has been a resident of New Brunswick for forty years. Ginny was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Milltown. She was a homemaker.

Predeceased by four brothers, James, Steven, John and Robert, she is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Stephen; four sons, Stephen of Dublin, GA, Kevin & his wife Anne of Philadelphia, PA, Michael and his wife Kathryn of Phillipsburg, NJ and Andrew of New Brunswick, NJ. Also survived by a brother, Charles Thompson of Monroe and a grandson, Adam. The family will receive friends at the Bronson & Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown, Friday, 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered in Our Lady of Lourdes Church of Milltown, Saturday 9:30am. Interment private. Memorial contributions to Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church 233 N.
