Justin Sager Obituary
He was born April 13, 1981, in Rushville, the son of Wyatt and Sarita (Webb) Sager. He married Kacy Lyn Poorbaugh on April 16, 2011, at Morton United Methodist Church.
Surviving is his wife, Kacy, and their two children, Norah Lyn and Keller Wyatt; his parents, Wyatt and Trish Sager of Beardstown; his sister Nicole (husband, Jason) Potts of Morton; nieces and nephew Caroline, Charlotte, and Henry Potts; father- and mother-in-law Kip and Deanna Poorbaugh of Tremont; brother-in-law Kris Poorbaugh of San Francisco, California; grandparents Sara and Gary Orwig, Joanna Sager, Don and Ellen Willms, and Sherrilyn Poorbaugh; and several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Justin was preceded in death by his mother, Sarita, and grandparents Boyd Sager and Bill Webb.
Justin graduated from Beardstown High School in the class of 1999 and from Monmouth College in 2004. He was currently employed with Caterpillar Inc. since 2005. His wife and children were the pride and joy of his life. Justin leaves a legacy in the integrity of his character, his kind and humorous spirit, his passion for the outdoors and traveling (especially to Door County, Wisconsin), and his zest in all his relationships.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at Morton United Methodist Church. The family will meet with friends from 4 p.m. until the time of services at the church. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Hirstein Cemetery near Morton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to "Justin Sager Memorial Fund" established at Morton Community Bank for the benefit of his children. Condolences may be sent to the family online at sagerfuneralhome.com.
Sager Funeral Home in Beardstown is in charge of arrangements.

Susan and I send our heart-felt love and prayers to this family. Although we've been gone from Beardstown many years, we have so many precious memories there. The privilege of having Justin in Preschool and then watching him grow up is a great memory. Teaching 3 and 4 year-old children is a special blessing because you see their honest spirit before life can influence it. Justin was then and remained a pleasant, eager person.
