George Camacho Obituary

George Antonio Camacho Jr. George Antonio Camacho Jr. of Plainview entered this earthly life on March 7, 1994, and was called home by the Lord on April 4, 2013. Anthony was born to Jorge Sanchez Camacho and Rosaysela Pedroza in Kaufman, Texas. He has a loving sister, Naomi H. Camacho, and a loving brother, Andrew N. Camacho, both residents of Plainview. Anthony was a member of the Church of Christ and was involved in Leadership Training in Christ. He attended Plainview schools and was employed at White Energy. George Antonio Camacho Jr. married Elizabeth Escamilla of Plainview on March 23, 2012. Anthony and Elizabeth had a happy and loving relationship of three years. With the amazing love they had for each other, they gave life to a precious baby boy named George Josiah Camacho. Josiah was born on Sept. 15, 2011. Anthony enjoyed being a husband to his beautiful wife Elizabeth and an outstanding father to his baby boy Josiah. He also enjoyed laughing, being with his family and having fun with friends. Those who also loved Anthony were his grandparents, the late Paula Sanchez Camacho and Antonio Camacho of San Felipe, Guanajuato; grandparents Jose and Maria Ester Mejia of Plainview; and grandparents Reymundo and Alejandrina Pedroza Sr. of Laredo, Texas. Anthony also had many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved him very much. Anthony touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. Open visitation will be from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. today, April 10, 2013, at Lemons Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends and guests from 6-8 p.m. the same day. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life service at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2013, at the Church of Christ, 9th and Columbia, Plainview, with Minister Evan Weiss officiating. Interment will follow the service in Plainview Cemetery. Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.lemonsfunerals.com.
