To my beautiful family,
I love you all so much. I am humbled and honored to be a part of this family. All of you held yourselves together so gracefully and dignified. Being around all of you after all of these years has rekindled a spirit that had almost vanished. You have inspired me to become a better person just so I can hold my head up and say I am a part of this beautiful family. Your Mom and Dad would have been so proud of you as I am now by just being your cousin.
I love you, Deb

I read the article a few days ago when they first reported your parents were missing traveling from Myrtle Beach to NY. My heart went out to all of you. I just read that they were found and again my heart goes out to you. I was so hoping they would be OK and home before Christmas. They are in a different home this year and will be watching over you. God Bless you and all of your family and friends and all of the people that searched for your parents.

My family and I are truly sorry for your terrible loss. Accidently, I had received the New York Post for Monday, December 11, 2006; your parents (grandparents, etc.)were featured in a headline story here in Chicago. Subsequently, I kept watching in the Internet and hoping there would be positive ending! May God be with you & extend His Mercy to you.

To The Guay Family,
This is a very difficult time for all of you, but I am stunned by this news. I attended Wayne & Diane's wedding many years ago. My parents, Ralph and Nora Rienzie, were very close friends with Wayne's parent's, Elmer and Martha. As children we spent many a day at their home in Howard Beach. My prayers and sincere condolences in the lost of your loved ones.

To the Family of Wayne and Dianne,

I send my condolences on the loss of your Mom and Dad. I met them on my last trip down to visit my sister and brother-in-law, the Langguth's. The stories I heard made it easy to see how proud they were of you all. Not to mention that their grandaughters Faith and Chloe were bright lights in their lives.
Both will be sorely missed.

Megan, Jess and Thomas, my deepest apoligies and condolences go out to all of you and the rest of your family. I know nothing i say can bring your parents back, I wish there was a time machine or something no matter how silly that may sound to just go back in time to a happier place. Just try to remember all the times your family was together and happy, to try and help. I knew your parents and was witness to the love you guys all have for each other and I thank you and your parents for sharing that with me and letting me be part of your extended family, I will remember that always. if any of you ever need anything from me don't hesitate to ask, i will be there!
love always

Iwas very sorry for you from the time the reports started about your parents missing.I know how it feels to lose both parents. My parents died 24 hrs apart. My dad died on dec the 18th and my mom died on dec 20th afew years back.We had funeral for 6days. I also remember when my brother died a few years before my parents how hard it was. People would say things like he's in a better place or he's better off now..one day my mother told me that she felt like slapping the next person that told her that.. yes he was a christian and we knew he was in heaven but my mom wanted her son with her..I felt the same went my parents died.I know people mean well when they say that.I too am a christian, but there was days afer my sister, brother, mother and father died that i could not pray. all i could do was just be still.I know you will have days like this. When you do remember all the people that have said they are praying for you and your family.Let their pray lift you up untill you can stand again on your own...GOD will take care of you.I will pray for you each time you come to mine.Your parents seem like a very close couple. So the only thing I will say is they did not have to grieve the loss of each other. Again I am very sorry for your loss and offer my sympathy and condolences. My children ask that I send their sympathy too. They loss their father in july of this year..GOD bless you and may He cause His face to shine upon you all,and whole you so tight that you can not help but feel HIS present.as you go thru this very hard time..SORROW LAST FOR THE EVENING BUT JOY COMETH IN THE MORNING.ps116 v15..

To The Guay Family,
We have been following the story of your Mom and Dad from the beginning. We are so sorry that it could not have ended in a better way for you. We prayed each day that it could be good news.
Our wish is that the heartache you are feeling now can be replaced with all the beautiful memories that you all have shared with your Mom & Dad. May God hold you all in his hands. We know that they are in heaven and are your Guardian Angels.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

I feel so lucky to have worked with your Mom for 10 years at Ridgewood. I feel people come into our lives for a reason and that was the case with your Mom. Not only was she the kindest warmest person I have ever known, but she taught me lessons about strength and the kindness of others. She taught me that the greatest gift about strength, is asking for help and support in time of need. She did this in silent deed, and comfort and support when I lost both my aunt and uncle within the span of 3 months. She taught me it was ok to open up and let people in to help, support and comfort you. I am sure that you know all this about your mother, but my hope is that these words from someone else may offer a small amount of comfort to you.
She and your dad are in my everyday thoughts these days as I am carrying around a picture of myself and your mom in my purse. I will always cherish her and the wonderful relationship she had with your dad. It was certainly one to be envied. If only we all could be as happy as they were. My deepest sympath and sorrow for their passing. I will forever miss Dianne.
