A. Ronald Helgerson

A. Ronald Helgerson, passed away at his home on June 6, 2023 in Menominee, MI.
Born December 23, 1944 son of the late Almer and Hazel (Jobelous) Helgerson, he married the former Joan Sather.
Ronald served as Pastor at the Milwaukee Albright United Methodist Church, Suamico, Denmark, Peshtigo, Harmony and Portage United Methodist Churches. He also was Interm Pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Menominee. He enjoyed traveling, hunting and fishing. He was also a avid follower of the stock market.
Ronald is survived by, his wife, Joan; 2 sons, Eric of Green Bay and David (Faith) of Florida; a daughter, Tracy Redolf of Menominee; his grandchildren, Alexa Helgerson, Logan Helgerson, Mikayla (Alex) Norman, and Jessie (Nicole) Redolf; a great-grand baby, Natalie; a sister, Shirley Libal of Green Bay; many nieces & nephews, Julie, Craig, Tammy; great niece, Mandy; great nephews Justin and Gavin and a great-great niece, Avalynn. And a great-great nephew Jove.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by, a brother, Roger; and a brother-in-law, Gary Libal.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 12, at the First United Methodist Church (813 Owena St. Marinette) from 1:00 pm until time of funeral services at 4:00 pm with Pastor Nathan Reed officiating. Berth & Rosenthal Funeral Home is serving the family.
The family would like to thank the UP Home Health and Hospice for the wonderful care given to Ronald.
